Nose: Grapefruit, dry grapefruit rind, soot, salted fish, salted pork, smoked pork, burnt pork, salty caramel, aloe vera, sage, sea water, seaweed and pears. With water: Fresh and briny.
Palate: Sweet, toffee, caramel, honey, soot, fresh fruit, apples and pears. With water: Salty caramel, kiwi and pineapple.

A modern recreation of a style of glass used by blenders in the 1920s, developed in partnership with whisky writer Angus MacRaild.

The onion shape helps to concentrate the aromas and flavours, leading to a greater sensory experience. This will hold up to 225ml.

Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling

Matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished for 3 months  in casks seasoned with India Pale Ale.

The Speyside Craft Brewery created a special beer which was aged in ex-Glenfiddich casks for a month before they were returned to the distillery and filled with whisky for a three month finished.
